Disappearing 9 Patch Workshop

Hello,

Photos of the ladies patchwork. A workshop I did last Saturday of disappearing 9 patch.
Spent a lovely afternoon with 4 ladies. I hope I have encourage them to try new patchwork
patterns.

For quilt fabrics if you Google quilt fabrics UK a list of companies will come up. Go through them and you will the ones that have sales and the ones that does not charge too much for fat quarters or
fat quarters packs. There are also lots of free patterns and demos online. Also take into account the postage price.

You will get to know the sites you like more. Keep sewing.

Forty Hall Christmas Craft Fair 2017

Photos of my stall last Sunday.

Have been very busy sewing for the last few week. Making the Christmas items. Lucky I had items left from fairs before. There was a good turn out. 3 more fairs to do.

These are the beautiful table runner the ladies started to embroidery in the Saturday workshop 23rd October.
The stitches they learned were stem, stain, blanket, chain, lazy daisy and we squeezed in French knots. The runners are a metre long. I made them myself with the patchwork down the middle.
All the ladies learned very quickly. I hope they up the embroidery. They will finish them at home.

Next workshop at Forty Hall. Is to make 3 Christmas decorations.

Spend a relaxing afternoon and stitch embroidery.
Learn to sew on beads, sequins and shisha mirrors. All materials included.

Saturday 21st October 2017. Cost £27. Time 1pm to 2pm.

Forty Hall Patchwork Cushion 4th March 2017

Hello ,

The photos are two of the ladies patchwork blocks they made for the cushions. An enjoyable group to teach. I hope they  learned  enough to sew other projects. Thank you for coming on the workshop.

Forty Hall Applique Workshop 2017 Feb

Hello, Some of the of the applique work the ladies did on the workshop. Very glad all the ladies enjoyed the workshop and more please that they were able to sew the different stitches by the end of the class. I hope they are still doing embroidery.They have finished the applique picture.

To Make a Patchwork Cushion. At Forty Hall in Enfield.

Saturday 4th April 2017, Time 11 am to 4pm. Cost £75. All materials provided. NEED TO BRING A SEWING MACHINE & Scissors.

Paper instructions and demonstrations shown. Will run the class step by step. Will make 4 different patchwork blocks.
